This Master of Business Administration (Executive)/Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MEI) course focuses on leadership and change, strategic thinking, innovation and entrepreneurship, finance and ethical practices and social responsibility to equip graduates for career satisfaction and success. The course aims to educate and develop entrepreneurial leaders and managers, providing them with the specialist skills needed to lead and manage the process of innovation, business startups, high growth and rapid change. This course will allow students to transition to the C-suite, senior managerial positions or to manage a startup.

The Master of Business Administration (Executive)/Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation offers a unique opportunity to develop the specialist skills needed to drive an organisation to succeed during periods of high growth and innovation.

Swinburne University of Technology MBA (Executive) / Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Course Structure

To qualify for the award of Master of Business Administration (Executive)/Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, students must complete 200 credit points comprising of 16 core units of study (12.5 credit points each).

Students admitted based on successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Entrepreneurship and Innovation are not required to repeat units completed.

Entry Requirements

  • A recognised bachelor degree in any discipline PLUS a minimum of three (3) years equivalent full-time relevant managerial experience, or
  • Successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Business Administration (Executive). Students entering under this admission requirement will be given full credit for the units completed.
