Dūcere and the University of Canberra have teamed up to create a ground-breaking MBA, designed to deliver an industry focused learning experience unlike any other MBA program currently offered.

The online MBA in Innovation and Leadership gives students the opportunity to learn from leading academics and over 150 global leaders, including Presidents, Prime Ministers, Humanitarians and Global CEOs.

The post-graduate program uses an innovative industry program model, designed to help students solve real world business problems. By working with some of Australia’s most prominent businesses and organisations, such as KPMG, NAB, SEEK, Save the Children and the Department of Education, students will be given the tools to master essential business skills.

CEO of SEEK Andrew Bassat believes learning from real world situations is an essential part of learning and leadership.

“Leaning from real world experience is one of the most vital ingredients to a successful career. For me, being a part of the Dūcere Global Leaders is about sharing the knowledge I have learned throughout my career, which will hopefully assist the next generation of business entrepreneurs,” he said.

The program’s structure and online options allows students to complete the degree in as little as 12 months or up to three years, enabling MBAs to have healthy work-life balances.

The MBA’s emphasis on innovation and leadership is reflected through the non-traditional learning experience, which focusses on real world challenges such as team collaborations and corporate experiences.

Head of Postgraduate Programs Jack Hylands said, “In today’s competitive environment, the opportunity to learn from the collective experiences of the world’s elite is paramount to accelerate the learning process and offer exposure to a breadth of leadership and business experience. Leading teams to solve real challenges faced by major multi-national organisations is an invaluable learning opportunity. The course is unique in its building of professional networks and experience.”

“To be the best, you need to learn from the best and we can deliver a truly world-class and innovative MBA. By partnering with one of the most reputable institutions in Australia, the University of Canberra, we combine the highest calibre of academia together with connecting students with reowned global leaders,” Mr Hylands said.
